I’m writing this review on behalf of close family friends who were patients at the place where Fatemah Ghanbari Kordkandi and Arman Azhir work. With their permission, I’m sharing their experience so that others can be aware before seeking care here.

According to them, their experience was extremely disappointing from the beginning. They felt ignored and dismissed, as both Fatemah and Arman showed little interest in listening to their concerns. Communication was poor, and even basic instructions were not clearly explained despite multiple attempts to ask for clarification.

Fatemah’s attitude came across as impatient and unprofessional, making the patients feel rushed and uncomfortable. Arman, on the other hand, avoided answering several important follow-up questions and appeared disengaged throughout the visit.

Overall, my friends left feeling anxious, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied with the quality of care they received. Based on their experience, they would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for care that values professionalism, empathy, and patient communication.
